For this project, we undertook a complete decorating overhaul, meticulously painting all walls and ceilings. We added a touch of elegance by using designer paint from Farrow & Ball for the walls, complemented by Dulux white paint for the ceilings. To ensure a seamless finish, we meticulously painted all doors, skirting boards, and windows with precision and care using white matt satinwood paint by Dulux.
For this transformative project, we opted for the premium kitchen range from Howdens. Collaborating closely with Howdens and the involved architect, we designed a new layout that maximized both functionality and aesthetics. Our skilled team executed a comprehensive installation, handling everything from appliances and electrical wiring to plumbing. The kitchen's crowning glory came in the form of a Carrera quartz marble worktop, bringing an exquisite touch. We polished off the project with specialty LVT flooring and the installation of sleek, modern sockets and switches.
We undertook a complete redesign and refurbishment of this bathroom, bidding farewell to the old bathtub and welcoming a modern shower cabin. The transformation included chic and minimalist matte tiles paired with designer lighting for a contemporary touch. To enhance the aesthetic, we added a stylish mirror and incorporated Grohe taps and a thermostatic shower unit, achieving both functionality and elegance in this revitalized space
Throughout this property, we elevated the flooring experience by installing premium-grade, hard-wearing carpets. The result is not just a surface to walk on but a touch of luxury and durability seamlessly integrated into the entire living space.
We performed a comprehensive electrical overhaul in this property, upgrading the wiring, installing new lighting fixtures, replacing light switches and sockets, and enhancing safety with new smoke alarms and extractor fans. As part of the transformation, we also upgraded the ironmongery, including hinges, to ensure a modern and cohesive aesthetic
