For this property, we performed our highly sought-after end-of-tenancy service. Although the property wasn't old and didn't require major refurbishments, we conducted extensive refreshing tasks. This included painting and decorating, addressing woodwork, replacing silicone, fixing handles, essentially revitalizing the property to make it appear brand new despite its age.
