The scope. List of work carried out by us.

In this project, we started with a blank canvas, painting and decorating the entire property from scratch. The extensive work included woodwork, as all plasterboards had to be replaced, resulting in a fresh and revitalized living space.
-
To bring this property back to a functional and aesthetically pleasing state, we replaced new sockets, rewired the electrical system, installed new window handles, and addressed various other necessary improvements.
-
Due to the fire incident and water damage from the fire brigade, we replaced all the flooring in the property. We opted for like-for-like engineered wooden flooring to restore the space
-
The kitchen bore the brunt of the fire damage. To rectify this, we installed a brand-new kitchen complete with appliances, rewiring, plumbing, and adorned it with our favorite Carrera quartz worktops.
-
Due to the extensive damage caused by the fire and subsequent water from the fire brigade, we replaced all the plasterboards throughout the apartment.
This property underwent extensive damage due to a kitchen fire, as evident in the photos below. To restore it to its former glory, we replaced all damaged walls and ceilings, undertaking a comprehensive painting and decorating process. Additionally, we installed new floors, a modern kitchen, and rewired the property, ensuring a complete transformation.
